SMS Consent & Program Information
Ascend Labs uses +1 (833) 697-1600 for optional marketing, order, and customer-care text messages. Each program has its own separate opt-in, and no text-message consent is required to make a purchase.
Marketing texts — optional website opt-in
At checkout, customers may voluntarily select the unchecked marketing box shown below. It appears directly beneath the mobile-number field, separate from the order-texts box, and does not affect checkout when left unchecked.
This example documents the checkout disclosure and does not enroll visitors from this page. Consent is recorded only when a customer actively selects the live checkout box and submits the checkout.
Order texts — optional website opt-in
At checkout, customers may separately select the unchecked box shown below to receive non-marketing texts about their order, such as order confirmations and shipping updates. It is independent of the marketing box and does not affect checkout when left unchecked.

Customer-care texts — verbal opt-in
Customer-care texts are used only after a customer contacts Ascend Labs for help. Before continuing the support conversation by text, our representative asks:
“Would you like Ascend Labs Support to text you about this support request? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our SMS Terms are at theascendlabs.com/terms and our Privacy Policy is at theascendlabs.com/privacy.”
Texting begins only after the customer says yes. The representative records the consent source and time with the support request.
